Just a Traveling Girl

Day 2.... Lets just go with this so far..... Hotel lobbies are perfect in the morning to sit and get some work done. And by work I mean not work.... seriously. I have not clocked in. I need to get some work done for my job (I can work remotely) but eh. Reddit is a lot more fun! 😂 Okay.... scratch that. They are only perfect for about an hour and then the kids wake up and start running through the halls (Baseball event in town). I ended up just watching Doctor Who on Prime and relaxing until the guy got off work. He was bored during work today... I know because he would text me pictures sitting by the pool helping Lifeguard. Noon rolls around and he is off for vacation. We left and headed towards Kansas City. Many interesting chats were had on this trip (except the major one about us potentially going Official but you know...) and the time passed quickly. Day One.... Hmmm where to start. I made it to Omaha to Apartment hunt with a friend of mine. I am finally thinking about moving out of my small town Lincoln. There are more opportunities up here in Omaha! Dinner with my parents was good. They were up here with my Uncle to help him transport a car he sold.... which was my Gramp's 1959 Ford Thunderbird. None of us had the time for it so it was time for it to go. 9pmish rolled around and I finally made it over to this guy's house. We have been seeing each other (technically met in October.... talking/hanging out in February, and he finally asked me out on a date in April) and we hang out a ton. Well... er.... when we are not busy. Our jobs and hours are so different that we are left to hanging on the weekends mostly. Oh I forgot to mention! We are heading to a Maker Faire in Kansas City.
