Day 1: 6/20/19
Day One....
Hmmm where to start. I made it to Omaha to Apartment hunt with a friend of mine. I am finally thinking about moving out of my small town Lincoln. There are more opportunities up here in Omaha!
Dinner with my parents was good. They were up here with my Uncle to help him transport a car he sold.... which was my Gramp's 1959 Ford Thunderbird. None of us had the time for it so it was time for it to go.
9pmish rolled around and I finally made it over to this guy's house. We have been seeing each other (technically met in October.... talking/hanging out in February, and he finally asked me out on a date in April) and we hang out a ton. Well... er.... when we are not busy. Our jobs and hours are so different that we are left to hanging on the weekends mostly.
Oh I forgot to mention! We are heading to a Maker Faire in Kansas City. Forgetful me should have mentioned that in the beginning. Him and his buddies have a Tesla Coil (Well lets just go with more than one) and they are giving a demonstration this weekend in KC.
I am super excited in more ways than one for this trip!
